- EU citizens who wish to live or work in Northern Ireland after 1st January 2021 must apply for a UK work permit or visa
- Please note that EU citizens who lived and or worked in Northern Ireland before 1st January 2021 can protect their right to residence and employment in Northern Ireland by applying to the UK’s EU Settlement Scheme or the UK’s Frontier Worker Permit Scheme.
